About usage	Meeting place \| Hotel plaza (250 people) / lobby(80 people) Meeting venue \| Lobby Shoes: We have shoe lockers available, so please change into slippers in the entrance hall. Valuables: We have provided valuables bags in each room, and we will keep them for you at the front desk. Bedding \| We have enough bedding for everyone in the room, so please lay it out for yourself and then fold and stack it back in the morning.
